| My name is Amanda Winter. I was born and raised
in Colorado and my roots go deep here. I don’t
think there is another place I would rather call
home than Colorado. I love the city life and still
being able to drive a short distance to enjoy the
majestic mountains and rivers. I have also had the
chance to live in multiple cities around the metro
area so my knowledge expands beyond Denver. I am
married and my husband is also a native Coloradoan.
He owns his own business doing tile and granite
slab work and really has a great eye for design.
We have one son that keeps us on our toes and never
gives us a dull day (maybe why I love real estate…
).
I joined Leonard Leonard in March, 2008 as Executive
Assistant to Sonja Leonard Leonard. I had been
in plenty of administration jobs in real estate
prior(actually 8 years worth) and never gained
so much knowledge and understanding of the true
duties it takes to become successful in Real Estate
as I have working here and under her supervision.
Her passion to make everyone here the best they
can be and never take no as an answer has helped
formed me into a caring, detail oriented, problem
solving, dependable, honest broker.
Our office is a two story Victorian, located
at 420 Downing Street in the Denver Country Club
neighborhood. It is filled with wonderful, experienced
brokers and not to mention the art work that fills
the walls of the office done by Sonja’s
daughter and talented artist Lee Lee. A day at
work here is just like home. With a relaxed, cheerful
sense as you walk though the door and beautiful
gardens and ponds fill the backyard.
