Kelly Smith was born and raised in Fort Collins where her passion for real estate began early. Growing up in a family of commercial and residential developers who helped shape communities along Colorado’s Front Range, giving her firsthand insight into the industry and a deep appreciation for Colorado’s growth and communities.

Kelly moved to Bozeman, MT to attend college, where she met her husband and began building the foundation of her own family and real estate career. Living in Montana strengthened her love for mountain living and helped shape her approach to serving clients – relationship-focused, and rooted in community.

Kelly and her family made the exciting move back to Colorado in 2023 and are proud to call the Denver area home. When Kelly is not assisting clients, you’ll find her soaking up the sunshine playing golf, tennis, fly fishing, skiing, hiking, camping, and chasing her three busy boys around the mountains we love.
